Genesys Cloud - Main

Hi team, 

I have been looking around under permission and roles but unfortunately I have not figure it out, my profile has a lot of permissions but there is one that I'm interested in applying to our agents that is the possibility to view their schedule in the main page (Activity tab) without the need to go to Performance - Workspace, as well as it is easy to the view, do you know which is the permission that enables this view? Please find attach how the agent does see their Genesys, and how do I see mine (I place an schedule for myself to do the test :) )

Hi Jairo,

I believe what you are looking for is the Workforce Management > Agent Schedule > View permission. I disabled this permission on one of my agent test accounts and the schedule disappeared and it came back when I re-added it. Just a note though that I had to log the test agent out and back in again before it worked.
