  • 1.  Scheduled callback across divisions

    Is there a way to schedule a callback for a different division?  We have to have separate divisions in order to keep data and call routing separate but need to ability to send scheduled calls to the users in the other division in a specific use case.  Thanks!

    Not with the standard callback reschedule, but if you give them a script page that allows them to choose the queue, you can create a data action that can create a callback through the API:  https://developer.genesys.cloud/devapps/api-explorer#post-api-v2-conversations-callbacks
