  • 1.  Scheduled callback - What is the default timezone?

    Hello, 

    When an agent scheduled a callback with the customer, the field time zone is optional; if the agent doesn't specify anything, which time zone is applied to the callback?

    Hi Vanessa,

    If the agent does not specify a timezone the system will use the local time of your computer. (Windows settings)
