Im trying to use and understand the new view I have in schedule when viewing the forecast vs the scheduled with the new required option in. My required and adjusted required dont change from each other. Maybe I just don't know how to use or read it correctly or I am not making changes as needed to use it as I expect. Or maybe my expectations are wrong. But I would expected the adjusted required is based on the current AHT and Call volume and schedule. But it appears to not change from the required from my original forecast. My scheduled appears to be the only thing that changes.
