It comes a toast just below the On Queue switch. If they don't catch it, they have to go into schedule to see what they are supposed to be in

Thanks for the response. We go live in January and have been testing with agents. They receive a toast when they are scheduled to go On Queue but not when it's time for break/meal/etc. Any other suggestions?

You have to add these activities in your week schedule (WFM > Schedules):
Then you will get the notifications for Break and Meal:
