Hi,
I would like to be able to start and stop agent screen recording based on ANI. I cannot find a way to do it using a Policy setting, so was wondering if there is a way to do it via an API call for Genesys Cloud.
So far, I only saw this... https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/create-recording-policy/
