Just wondering if anyone has found a reliable workaround for the lack of native screen recording in the PureCloud web client? We have currently got customers logging in to the desktop client and then launching the native web client, this allows us to initiate screen recording when they handle the interaction in the web client.
However, one issue we have found is that when this process is replicated for a user with a PureCloud Embeddable Framework integration there is a 22 second delay in the start of the screen recording every time. There is no delay when using the native client. Until screen recording is made available in the web client we are left trying to find a workaround, so any thoughts on what may be delaying the recording trigger would be much appreciated.
