    Has anyone used Edge Browser with Genesys Screen Share?  I know the resources states it is compatible with Chrome and Firefox but we are interested in implementing it for internal use first and employees only have access to an Edge Browser.

    I demo Web Messaging (we no longer demo or install Chat) with co-browse all the time.  There is no screen sharing with Web Messaging.

    Hi Tonya

    When you say "internal" I'm assuming it's for internal agents to talk to an internal service desk or something similar?  Another option you could look at which bypasses the need to do anything with chat etc is to have the two agents use the video call option which has in-built screensharing available.  I think I looked at that for a client about a year or two ago.
