  • 1.  Script Dropdown list - is there a limit?

    Hi,

    We have a requirement for a very large/long dropdown list on an agent script.

    Does anyone know is there a limit to the number of items a Genesys Cloud script dropdown list will allow?
    Also, is there any known character length limit for each entry?

    That sounds like a very bad idea.  Once you get a long list, you would have to scroll down your screen to see it and it might not push scrolling to the screen and only that box.  Better to have some multiple selections and then present a smaller list with the final selection.
