Hi Everyone,
I am trying to change our current script editor for one of our queues.
Currently we have 3 queues (A,B,C) with different DID numbers convert into one queue (D). So example
Queue A: (DID number +61290000000) Queue B: (DID number +61290000001) Queue C: (DID number +61290000002)
there is no one in Queue A, B, C as they just forward to queue D where it gets picked up from Agents.
I want to display the DID number in the script editor in queue D from queue A,B,C
is this possible?

You can use a data action to execute an analytics query to find the conversation and grab the queue info from it using JSONpath notation. There are several threads in this category (I moved your post) about very similar topics with some examples.
