Never mind!
Looks like it was a Layer 8 issue....
This may have been a result of a permission on the agent role that was changed to try to limit the reps from Activating/Deactivating queues. That permission has been reverted back and the Queue Name is now visible again.

Hi,
We have noticed that some scripts have stopped displaying the value of some system variables. Specifically we have a script that displays the Queue Name (Scripter.Queue Name) and it's just started showing up blank!
Has anyone else seen this?
We have a ticket open with Genesys, but I figured I'd see if anyone else has any insights...
