    Hello,

    I am using a script to schedule a callback, by utilizing the native scripter Scheduled Callback tool, which from what I can tell from the console and network logs uses this endpoint: https://api.usw2.pure.cloud/api/v2/conversations/../participants/.. /callbacks. I select my date/time and then calllback number.

    Interestningly, the default tool requires a preferred agent Id, which is fine. I'm passing in the scripter.Agent ID, which seems to work just fine as well. However, it looks like when the scheduled callback is actually created, the agent owner field is blank. Additionally, the conversation details does not contain any information about preferred agent routing. I'm not sure if this is just an error in my org, or if I'm doing something wrong.

    Notice that the request coming from my browser has this data being sent. Any thoughts on what I might be missing?

    Additionally, I see this alert on my script after I've successfully created the callback. It clearly worked, but something seems odd going on here.

    Any thoughts?

    Please open a case with Genesys Cloud Care to investigate this error with the base product.
