    Is there a way to use scripting without building a campaign list? We want to control the outbound dialing and have our agents use a script similar to the inbound scripts.

    Hi Wendy

    As long as staff are calling on behalf of a queue, then you can set the default agent script in the queue settings and that script should get triggered for those calls.

    If staff are making outbound calls but not on behalf of a queue, then no.
