    Hello everyone.

Is ur javascript SDK compatible with InternetExplorer? We are using the SDK to implement a custom communications widget in our front-end. When we open the widget in IE we have plenty of errors.

    Thanks in advance. Regards, Daniel

    Could you be more specific?

    Hello Tim.

    Thanks. Regards. Daniel

I believe that's because Internet Explorer doesn't support the JavaScipt ECMA 6 (2015) standard. However, virtually every other mainstream browser supports ES6 features, including Edge. Using one of those browsers would be the easiest solution for compatibility.

There are some additional options for the JavaScript SDK that will be coming in the future that should help with support for legacy browsers and ECMA standards. If you could post your browser and version requirements in the thread, that would be helpful to help refine the requirements. https://developer.mypurecloud.com/forum/t/discussion-more-options-for-the-javascript-sdk/2626

    Thanks Tim.

We believe that we could manage that our client's users use Chrome.
