    Hi all,

    We are currently researching how to find a topic from voice transcription in the Interaction Details APIs for each Interaction ID.

    If possible, we need to know what topic was found in this interaction and what content was found in the topic.

    Did someone now if it's possible ?

    I tried using the browser debugger to look at API calls made to see how the Genesys Cloud client is getting the topic information. Unfortunately it looks like it is calling some non-public approach to getting the information.

    Correct. If it isn't a public api, you cannot call it and depend on the result. While you might be able to use it and try to reverse engineer, there are no guarantees it will be reliable.
