  • 1.  Searching for 'Null' values

    Good Morning,

I need to run a search for outbound call interactions that have not been attached to a Queue, Is it possible to filter 'Null' against Queue or is there another way to filter these out?

    Thanks in advance

Hi John, where are you searching, in Campaign Interactions View, in the Contact List>Edit Contacts or using the API?

And, are the Calls going directly from the Call Analysis Response to the queue?

I can share with you that I'm filtering Outbound Campaign Interactions by the Wrap-up Code.

The Wrap-up Codes assigned by the system indicating if a call reached a queue or not.

So, I don't see a need to use some 'Null' filtering.

You can use this Article to understand each System Wrap-up Code:

Wrap-up codes assigned by outbound dialing

In my customers environments we always transfer the calls directly to Queue, if in your case you first

Transfer the calls to a Call Flow before transferring to Queue it might be more complex and interesting.

    Hope it helps.

    Thanks, Shahar

It is probably much simpler than this, I am looking in the Interactions view to find where agents have instigated a manual outbound interaction but not picked in the appropriate queue.

    Oh, that's hard one,

Generally in GC Reports, there's no way to sort negatively - i.g. all interactions that have no queue value, all Interactions that have no Skill value Etc.

I couldn't any way to filtered it positively and achieve your desire,

I think that generally it would be good to have the option to filter GC report negatively, if I'll create an Idea in Genesys Cloud Ideas Portal

I'll let you know, have a great day mate.

Of course, that if you need it for one time investigation and not for daily reporting's,

You can make Shure that the Queue column is in the report, export it to excel, and then in excel it's the easiest to sort negatively.

    Thanks Shahar,

Ideally, it would be used regularly to check compliance - I was hoping to avoid a pivot table :)

I also think having the ability to filter for null values in any field in any performance views in Genesys would be a great help when you need a negative look  up of data. I will vote for it. Thanks
