    Hello all

    Our partner told us a while ago that searching for recordings by metadata was going to be implemented. I haven't been able to find the information. Is there a roadmap for when this will be implemented?

    Hello Soraya,

    I was checking our Roadmap for the next 12 months and I did not see anything like that on that page. I was looking in the Product Ideas Lab but I haven't found anything like that yet. If you could ask your partner if they have a link to that info I can look into this further.

    Or are you specifically looking at the recordings api, and wanting to filter by participant data?

    Hi Soraya

    The link I provided will allow for what you are after, they are calling this Conversation Custom Attributes or CCA for short, however filtering interactions is one of the last thing to be rolled out for this.

    Following the idea in the ideas portal is going to be your best bet for updates on it, from there you can also view the current roadmap for all features in development.
