  • 1.  Secure IVR Payment Processors

    I am looking for a list of Payment Processors that customers have successfully integrated via Secure IVR to Genesys Cloud.  e.g. Chase Payments, Moneris etc.  I have a customer whose payment processor is either unwilling or unable to integrate via Secure IVR to Genesys Cloud and they are now looking for an alternate Payment Processor.  Thanks.

    In general, any payment processor that has a REST/GRAPH API that supports Basic Auth, User Defined Basic Auth (things like API keys, etc.), or an Oauth like authentication flow should work. Additionally, Lambdas open a ton of options for payment processors- for instance any vendor that has an SDK that can be used via a lambda.

    Vendors with APIs generally configured to work with our solution include:

    stripe 
Authorize.net 
First Data (Card Connect) 
Worldpay 
Global Collect 
Sage Pay 
Square 
PayPal
