    Good afternoon,

    We are making some adjustments to our MuleSoft API and had the following questions regarding that integration with Genesys.

    There are 3 questions:

    1. Is the content-type header defined in the request as application/json for any MuleSoft API requests which receive payloads?
    2. Is there any validation against the error messages received from the MuleSoft API? 3) Is there any validation against the error status received from the MuleSoft API?

    Hello, it seems like you're asking about details of a product from MuleSoft. This forum is specific to Genesys Cloud. I would suggest contacting MuleSoft support for assistance with their API.
