We recently took up the eMite reporting and it contains SegmentCode. I have been advised these codes are related to how the interaction functions within Purecloud and represented by a series of numbers eg: 111, 112, 211 etc.
Where can I find a definition on what each of these codes represent? I have told each organisation is different

If you have questions about how the eMite integration works or what data it generates, please contact eMite. As they have written a their own integration, Genesys cannot provide product support for it.
