Right now I am able to get audio stream from genesys cloud via audiohook and now from server I want to send a message to user, what are the available ways to achieve it

ok, is there is any event available or will it be available in the future that I can send back transcription or message or text as a response via audiohook. Right now I am getting streaming buffer data to the server that I am processing it and want to send back to the user in some way, can you please suggest some way
