Is there any way to include emojis and/or images on the response of a web messaging flow? as an agent it is obvious but if I have to include emojis on automatic responses using an architect flow or amazon lex bot don't know hot to do it.

Hi 👋 You can include Emojis, for example using Send Response action you would just type the Emoji directly, as I did here (see attachment). Emojis are then transmitted with their UTF-8 equivalent. As for images: we don't have support for individual image attachments via Flow. What we do support are Rich Media Cards, which can include also an Image, see here.

Thank you very much Angelo!!, I will check on that. By the way I see that rich media cards is a feature coming soon, do you know by when are they going to be general available? is there any option to be included as an early adopter?

I don't have an exact date for Cards, but we're not far away. Please send email to me or your Genesys Contact with Region and Org-Id, so we can enable this Beta feature.

    Hi Angelo,

Can you share your email address or send me an email so I can send you our Org-id to activate the feature.

    Thank you
