Hi all,
I am using the open message platform API's for chat integration.
Our customer now needs the possibility to send attachment files from their interface to Genesys.
I was not able to find in any documentation a way to send files using the Open Message API's, only text messages.
Is there a way to send files to Genesys using the Open message API's ?

You can check the documentation example here: (https://developer.genesys.cloud/commdigital/digital/openmessaging/inboundMessages#inbound-message-with-attached-photo).
You need the include the content array holding an object where you define the information about your attachment file.

What if I need to send other types of attachments ? like a video, or a .xls document for instance ?
