  • 1.  Sending Calls\Metadata to Voicebase

    Checking to see if anyone has successfully used Voicebase speech analytics tool. They are asking for us to send over our audio files with metadata.

    I know how to archive the audio files, but i'm running into issues with the metadata.

    Any suggestions?

    I've done a similar project involving Qualtrics (we upload stereo opus files and json meta data to them for calls for them to analyze.

    The way I accomplished the metadata was using a scripted approach against the database using Python's pyodbc library  (InteractionSummary, Participant, Wrapup tables, etc) to extract data by InteractionIDKey when the call is fully deallocated.
