Hi,
we have Google Dialogflow CX integrated, and are using web messaging. We now wish to pass HTML formatted text in the payload from the bot. What is the syntax to do this, so it gets correctly formatted? We've looked at carousels and cards, but this not fit our purpose.
For example, we wish to send ' The word <b> dog </b> is important', so that we get 'The word dog is important' shown in the genesys webmessaging widget.
(EDIT:the forum seems to be stripping my html code in my example above..)
