Hi Reviewing the configuration options of the organization I find this setting, it is assumed that if I activate it when a call detects words related to the collection should delete them, is this right?
I have set up a topic with different phrases to make sure that the transcription is done correctly, but it is also transcribing the card data, number, expiration date....
Is it necessary to make any additional adjustments? Does it only work with organizations that have PCI DSS Compliance enabled? Thank you.
