  • 1.  Service goals when forecast was created

    Is there somewhere to view what the service goals were set to when a forecast was created? We created some forecasts for our upcoming busy period but cannot determine now if we used the correct SLA goals. Is there somewhere to view this?

    Hello Shannon, 

    That is a great question! You can see the specific Service Goal Template used to generate the forecast. You can do so by hovering over a Planning Group in the planning group selector on the left-hand side of the chart (please see the screenshot below).
