    Hi, when I change the Service Level target the staffing forecast in the schedules doesn't change. What have I not done?

    Hi Chris, 
    at the moment the schedule predictions/staffing details are based on the snapshot taken at the point of Schedule Generation.

    We are currently working on 2 new features that will bring the adjusted staffing requirements and dynamic service goals to the schedule view.

    Dynamic Service Level Display in Scheduling Window

    these are currently tracking for a late Q3/Q4 release date.

    Thanks Paul, does this mean that I should be able to see a change if I reschedule? How do I get the unplanned shrinkage to change the requirements too?

    yes at the moment to include all changes/updates you'd need to generate a new schedule, some changes are picked up in an intraday re-schedule but not all changes are reflected and the original snapshot is still used.

    Just so I can be clear Paul, we have generated and published schedules until the end of the year. Does this mean than any changes I make to the service level goals will only be seen in the schedules that we generate and publish for January 2024?

    When I enquired previously, I was informed the rescheduling option would pull through updates to the forecast, schedules and the shrinkage. Is that still the case?  Is it only the service goal (and I assume any other changes to a planning group) we are saying will not pull through by initiating a re-schedule?
