Hi,
We have configured a Script Agent to be displayed on outband Campaing, in that Script we have add "Call List" with "update contact Data" button that appears with a contact to be called The customer want to set a message or notification that shown on the Script when the agent press "update contact data", the message like "contact is added succesfully" or "update succesfully...etc"
Is it possible ?

You can make buttons initiate a custom action, which is a collection of other actions. That collection of actions could include updating your data source then displaying the response.

Thank you Tim, you mean I replace the default button "Update Contact Data" that appears when we select Outbound.Create Contact by another custom action (collection) But how I have I display response on it, on the output variable ?

I don't believe it's possible to override the default functionality in that case. You would need to use a custom process to update the contact list to do so. You can request this enhancement on the ideas site: https://purecloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas.
