  • 1.  Set true/false Participant Data from Data Action

    Tried a static true/false variable in Scripts (with Input) and Task.isPinMatch in the ScreenPop, which Task.isPinMatch is the assigned variable for VerifyCallResults from the Call Data Action.  In a separate approach, also tried Set Participant Data using Task.isPinMatch w/o Scripts.  Has always returned 'false.'  Trying to return the same in a similar Participant Data here: if(IsNotSetOrEmpty(Task.isPinMatch), "Blank",ToString(Task.isPinMatch))...always getting 'Blank' returned.  The test within the Action returns a true/false Boolean correctly based on input.  Do I still have work within the Action or is this something within the Architect flow that isn't being set properly? This is an expansion of our caller verification elements...thanks for your help.
