  • 1.  Set work week to begin on Monday instead of Sunday

    Good day.  Our week starts on Monday for our reporting purposes.  However, I'm struggling to figure out how to change that in GC.  Whenever I request "this week", or "last week", etc. I defaults to Sunday thru Saturday.

    Is there a way to change this?

    Hey Marty, 

    Unfortunately not :/ Same for us here also - Our workaround was to replicate data outside of genesys and report in other platforms (AWS Quicksites/PowerBI) Otherwise we just do a manual date range for some of the views to show the week range we want.
