It REQUIRES a DID per user at present. There is an idea to use extension that you can vote one. One thing you could try is using the Cell in your DID/DNIS list and then put that in as the Work1 number. That would restrict you from calling their cell number or using remote station for their cell.

When setting Emergency address for an Agent.. It is not accepting their cell number as primary number and giving error as "Primary number does not support enhanced location services"
It is only accepting existing Genesys DID number.
Can someone tell me if it only allows Genesys DID number ?
