    No replies, thread closed.
    Is there a way to set when a callback is triggered?  We have west coast callers that may call in and leave a VM or a callback, once our east coast agents log in, the CBs and VMs are being returned.  Anyone have any ideas to prevent the calls from not going our until the PST time zone?
