I am new to Genesys and I would like to know what alarm notifications are available with Genesys Cloud? Example: RingCentral can send email notifications on Core outages and User QOS thresholds being exceeded. I really need to understand what Genesys can do from a proactive and reactive perspective. Ideally, it can send emails to our alert email address to automatically open a ServiceNow case for the applicable site and product.
If yes, can we set the threshold, and once it hits that threshold that is when the system sends an email alert.
