Hello Tim,
I would recommend making sure that the phone has been factory reset and then trying to provision the phone again. Pay careful attention that when you enter the MAC address in the Hardware ID section that you only enter the alphanumeric characters, and that you omit the colons.
If you are still experiencing an issues, you will need to gather the logs from the phone and reach out to Customer Care.

Subject: Setting up Poly Edge Phones
Hello all,
I received a batch of Poly Edge phone today for testing. I'm trying to get one set up in our demo/trial environment. I have added the phone to the cloud environment using the MAC and applied the base settings. I get the phone is not registered. It says the phone has not been provisioned. I went through the suggested steps to get it working, but having no luck. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you
-Tim
