    Hi, Currently, we are making use of PureCloud Outbound functionality and have all required configurations(Edge, external trunks etc). The telephone numbers used here are from Algar telecom and they are configured for only Outbound flow. For this configuration, we took help from Genesys consultancy. Now we want to initiate Inbound flow for which we have provisioned some toll-free number from Algar telecom. Do we again need to take consultancy from Genesys for configuration or is there any documentation available to do that. I already searched through Genesys resource center and could not find the configuration details.

    Any help in this matter is appreciated.

    You'll want to look at the Edge docs for setting up your trunks and the Architect docs for configuring your inbound flows. If you have questions about configuring the base product, the PureCloud Community Forum or opening a case with PureCloud Care is the best place for that. This forum is for customizations and API questions.
