Our contact centre is moving to a rotating shift model, rather than the set shift patterns we have historically used.
As part of this, we want agents to be able to swap shift times if they need to, without needing this to be manually managed by WFM.
However, it seems like the Shift Trading feature in PureCloud is only designed to permit swaps between separate days e.g. two agents swapping a Monday shift and a Thursday shift
Is there any functionality to allow swaps between different shifts on the same day e.g. two agents swapping a 7am Monday shift and a 10am Monday shift?
