    Hello Folks,

    I just had a query regarding the Short abandon setting.

    On the Analysis , we see there are intervals like A,B,C,D,E.

    Could you please let me know which/which two/which three interval considered as short abandon call ?

    Attaching the screenshot.

    Thanks in Advance

    The "short abandon" is the first interval there - A.  The additional ones are there for you to use when looking at views like this:

    @Datta Rajdeep

    In addition to Vaun's note about interval A - being a Short abandon interval, please note Short abandons can also be configured to be ignored within a queue's service level calculation.

    Hi Vaun,

    I don't see the abandon interval % columns in my queue performance view. What columns did you select to make these visible?

    thanks

    Hi Stuart,

    Here is the link to the Abandon Intervals Metrics view resource centre article on how to access the view and the permissions required.

    Hope this helps
