    I have two questions on this topic.

    Can I set the order in which the widget objects appear?  I would like the "What are you looking for?" to appear above "Start a conversation".  It would be nice to be able to delay "Start a conversation" for a few minutes to encourage visitors to browse the articles first.

    Can I configure the number of suggested articles based on a search?  It appears to be limited to 3 articles, and showing 5 or more would be beneficial.

    Hi @Vikki Papesh within our native Messenger those values are hard-coded for now: you could create Ideas to make these configurable, these are good improvements to assess on our future Roadmap.
