I am fairly new to Genesys. I am looking at shrinkage. It is a "default" setting for a MU.

Is it possible to make changes to the shrinkage and then do a recalculate of the performance statistics, based on the "new" shrinkage, the current schedule and the forecast

You can change the shrinkage, run a new forecast, and then apply that to the schedule. The new shrinkage will not auto update a forecast or a schedule.
