    Hello, I am running into an issue where I have all the details to setup the integration for okta, but the save button does not activate. What am I missing? Can someone assist?

    Try removing the audience id and see if you can save.  It might also require a single word with no spaces.

    Hi,
    It will not work without "Audience (Entity ID)".
    You must get this parameter from OKTA.

    • Audience URI (SP Entity ID): The intended audience of the SAML assertion. This is usually the Entity ID of your application.
    "
    Also, pay attention to the "organization-name" that is defined in the OKTA, You must use "Short Name" and not the "Company Name"

    thanks all, I figured out what was going on I had to hit the plus sign at the top when I browse for a cert to actually add it to activate the save button. This is because the plus sign is looking for a backup cert in case there is one. problem solved!
