    Hello All, I am sure I am just overlooking this, but is there anywhere that states what the Site Contact in the locations is used for? It is my understanding that it is used to send a notification that 911 had been dialed. Does anyone have any documentation on this?

    You would think that, wouldn't you!  Genesys has decided that they don't need to comply with the notification part of Kari's Law at this time and will only comply with direct-dial of 911 and sending location-based on Location address.  Anything more will require 3rd-party like Bandwidth.com
