Thanks for bringing this to our attention. It turns out there is an unwarranted limitation with our campaign messaging service that is preventing customers from sending to some international destinations. We are working to remove this limitation. I'll get back to you when we have a fix deployed to production.

I tried different formats, but still I am getting an invalid number error. It is only working for US and DR, both have +1 as country code. Do you know if messages campaigns for latin america are working for any client?

Not only does Excel remove the leading "+", but for those parts of the world where numbers start with a zero, it will strip that off too....

Check the CSV before import - Excel does not do well with e.164 numbers:
- If you are using Excel for your spreadsheet app when creating CSV lists for SMS campaigns, the phone number columns must be in E.164 format. For phone number columns, use the Excel Custom format, with the +# ?/? number format code. If you do not specify Custom formatting, Excel default formatting removes the '+' prefix.

Hello Everyone! Could someone help me with the configuration of outbound sms campaigns for lating america ? I tried different number formats but I always get "Invalid number" error message. I can manually send sms to those countries, but it is not sending sms through a campaign. I am using the the same format for both. For the only country it is working is for Dominican Republic. Below there are some examples.
