Is there a character limit for SMS messages? - Genesys Cloud Resource Center

Per that KB, I understand what happens when the SMS character count exceed the message limit, but what happens when you exceed the total message limit?

The KB doesn't exclusively say what could/will happen. Does the message just cut off or something else?

If you attempt to send an SMS message that would require 11 or more messages to send, the system will prevent the message from being sent. If you attempt to exceed this limit, you'll receive the following error: "OUTBOUND-MAX-MESSAGE-LENGTH-EXCEEDED".
