    No replies, thread closed.
    Can anyone help with this? I'm trying to send a SMS message to one of my personal Cell phone after seeing the large number of error messages on attempted SMS messages to customers. Any tricks on having more success on getting text messages to go through?

    When you hover over the triangle, does it tell you a session is already in progress?  If so, you will need to disconnect that conversation through the Admin or API.  Try turning the threading down to like 10 minutes for testing.
