    Hi all,

    I am having 2 issues with SMS features.

    1.I want to send a SMS for order status of my Pizza to customer but i cannot be able to identify the phone number is Landline or Phone number.
    How can i identify this and what is the fix for this?

    2.I have TFN for SMS and Voice on Genesys and i have built DR site and how can built or move same number to WEST to EAST site.

    if any have implemented this kind of solution, please help me.
