  • 1.  SMS Issues? -- Anyone Else?

    Our SMS queues - which normally receive 100-150 interactions a day have not received any at all today.  Anyone else having issues getting their GC SMS messages to reach them?

    Hello Brenda,

    Wanted to check with you if this is still an ongoing issue, and if you have had the chance to open up a case with Product Support?

    Outside of the Community I've personally encountered another customer who had SMS issues but they experienced it earlier than you did. Right at the beginning of the new year, actually. And unfortunately it was not a Genesys issue but rather an issue with the downstream carrier seemingly blocking their SMS number. Apart from them, there's not much movement or alarms in this space.
