Yes, Start Automatically checkbox is enabled. and I am the SF admin so not sure if anything related to permissions or roles. any way, I will open a ticket with support team .

It sort of says the same thing that I asked, but wondering if anything in stands out aside from the Start Automatically checkbox in my screen shot above? Seems the Start Automatically checkbox is the only thing that applies, but if you have that checked then I'm not sure what it could it be. Possible permissions issue, or user profile in the App Settings.

Yes the interaction Utility has same configuration. and I even tried to test the SMS with a different browser but still getting same Error message "can be loaded" . I see that the Interaction Utility does not appear as a widget.
