    Hello All,

    We are working on the SMS channel integration in Genesys cloud we have observed a edge cases upon testing please find the below scenario,

    Edge Case : If we have sent 2 different SMS(A & B) for a single number by using Digital Agentless – campaign in the Receivers mobile we can see the 2 messages(A&B) in a single message thread channel when he is replying to the message in Genesys cloud we are able to see the inbound trigger for only the latest message on his screen that is "B" & the "A" message was ignored as it came first in the message thread.

    kindly let us know if any one has idea on how we can handle this scenario in such a way that User can reply for both messages.
