Does anyone know if it is possible to request certain SMS numbers for customers like you can with PureCloud Voice numbers? This is an LDM customer (not Voice) but they want to use a certain number for SMS. If they purchase a number from their carrier, can they get it imported in their SMS inventory? Anyone had any dealings with this?
